When you register and use the platform, we collect the following data:

All data is hosted exclusively in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA, an ISO 27001-certified provider with data centres in Geneva and Winterthur. No data is transferred outside Switzerland.

Processing of your data is based on your explicit consent given at registration (acceptance of the Terms and this policy), as well as the performance of the service agreement between you and Dukiwi SA.
Dukiwi SA never sells, rents or shares your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. The only sub-processor involved is Infomaniak Network SA for hosting, governed by a data processing agreement compliant with the revFADP.
