The Gleeder platform is published and operated by Dukiwi SA, a Swiss corporation. Infrastructure is hosted exclusively in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA, an ISO 27001-certified provider.
Gleeder is a centralised management platform for Linux-based computers. It enables authorised system administrators to monitor, control and remotely maintain machines via a software agent deployed on those machines.

The Gleeder platform is exclusively intended for legitimate system administration. It is strictly prohibited to:
The user is solely responsible for commands sent to machines managed via Gleeder. Dukiwi SA cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the platform, including rebooting, updating or shutting down a production system.
Dukiwi SA endeavours to keep the platform continuously available but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance may be carried out, preferably outside business hours. No compensation is due for downtime.
The Gleeder platform, its interface, source code and documentation are works protected by Swiss intellectual property law. Any reproduction, modification or distribution without written consent from Dukiwi SA is prohibited.
Dukiwi SA reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for breach of these terms, without notice or compensation. Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting support.
Dukiwi SA may modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified by email at least 30 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Sarine, Fribourg, subject to any mandatory legal provisions to the contrary.
